Yellow and Red Clay Bricks

Yellow and red bricks are among the earliest and best-selling products of the Rezvan Brick collection. Made from clay, these bricks are considered traditional facade bricks and were the primary choice for building facades before the advent of refractory bricks. Particularly, yellow bricks are distinguished by their unique properties and are exported to neighboring countries such as Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

Clay tile bricks, produced in 4 x 20 cm dimensions, are also known as “three-centimeter bricks.” These bricks were once very common in Tehran and other cities, frequently used in urban facades. Rezvan has been producing these yellow and red bricks for over 30 years.

Applications and Export

With the introduction of refractory bricks, the use of bricks in modern facades has declined, but these products still have high demand. Neighboring countries like Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan remain major consumers of these bricks. As a result, a significant portion of Rezvan’s exports is dedicated to yellow brick exports.

In modern designs, the combination of yellow and red clay bricks with new materials and creative designs can result in unique and beautiful facades. These bricks are also utilized in contemporary school and mosque construction.
