Chamotte Refractory Bricks

Since the beginning of refractory brick production, Rezvan Refractory Bricks have incorporated chamotte bricks into their production lines due to their beautiful color and high durability. Over the years, chamotte facade tiles have become one of the best-selling products of the Rezvan factory. These bricks are available in three color ranges: dark, medium, and light, each offering its unique aesthetic appeal.

Chamotte facade tiles are produced and offered in standard sizes of 7 x 33 cm and 5.5 x 26 cm. Additionally, L-shaped bricks, which are used for corners and around windows, are also part of this collection. Due to the high thermal resistance of chamotte bricks, they are not only used for facades but are also manufactured as complete bricks in two different sizes for industrial applications. These bricks can withstand temperatures of up to 1200°C, making them suitable for use in certain furnaces as well.

Chamotte Bricks and Their Advantages

Chamotte refractory bricks, commonly referred to as chamotte, are a type of refractory brick with unique features and colors. Due to the high durability of chamotte clay against heat, these bricks are primarily used in high-temperature kilns. They are also produced in industrial factories for thermal applications.

The chamotte clay used as the raw material for these bricks is extracted from mines within the country and, after being crushed and ground, is processed in the production line. This process makes chamotte bricks stronger than clay bricks. Additionally, the natural color of these bricks, which is obtained through kiln firing, does not change over time and is resistant to various weather conditions. This characteristic makes chamotte bricks one of the most durable options for building facades.

Over time, due to their high durability, beautiful color, and unique texture, the use of chamotte bricks has also become popular in building facades.
